Visiting Nurse Association Health Group
Visiting Nurse Associaiton Health Group (VNAHG) is the largest non-profit visiting nurse association in New Jersey, employing more than 1,300 highly trained care providers. VNA Health and its members, VNA of Central Jersey, Robert Wood Johnson Visiting Nurses, Essex Valley VNA, Visiting Nurse & Hospice Services, and Cape VNA, provides services to more than 103,000 patients throughout Monmouth, Middlesex, Mercer, Ocean, Somerset, Union, Essex, Hudson, Burlington, Gloucester, Camden and Cape May counties. VNAHG provides a wide range of health services to people of all ages, including in-home nursing, rehabilitation therapy, maternal child and pediatric care, geriatric care, medical social work services, mental health counseling, end-of-life care and managed long term care and is a voluntary, non-profit, 501-C organization.
