Wherever you live in Burlington, Gloucester or Camden County, you're part of a greater community. And you're the reason why Visiting Nurse and Hospice Services is here.
As a voluntary, non-profit organization, our focus is on the health and well-being of all who live here.
You've probably seen our VNHS team enroute to their patients. Each day our nurses, therapists, social workers, and home health aides bring their skilled care and compassion in equal measure directly to patients' homes and communities.
Perhaps a member of your family received our home care services. Maybe they received a flu shot through our community immunization efforts or benefited from one of the many other healing and health-promoting services we provide to all residents, young and old, whenever needed, without regard to social status or ability to pay.
We're proud to provide our special brand of home-based community health care to thousands of area residents each week. Last year, as part of the VNA of Central Jersey team, we served over 100,000 individuals. This year we hope to help even more.
Because we can't have strong, vibrant communities if the people who live in them aren't healthy themselves.
