A personal monitoring device that can be worn as a pendant or on the wrist and includes a transmitter to summon quick assistance, 24 hours a day and a two-way voice contact and an extra sensitive microphone.

For adults who live at home but have an acute or chronic illness, our telehealth monitoring program provides in the home clinical monitoring to ensure that your health is staying just the way it should between nursing or physician visits.

Through the use of a Viterion 100 TeleHealth Monitor, patients can record critical statistics that are instantly transmitted to VNHS for daily review. Vital signs can be taken as often as necessary each day, carefully monitoring for any irregularities. Patients can receive a friendly reminder alarm for scheduled activities or to take daily medications. You become a true partner in your disease management program — all from the comfort of an easy chair.

The in-home telehealth monitoring program is ideal for patients with congestive heart failure (CHF), COPD, diabetes, and complex diagnosis. Daily monitoring ensures timely intervention and enhanced disease management. Telehealth monitoring has been shown to:

A specially selected healthcare professional comes to your home ready to assist in all activities of daily living, morning, noon and night. We work with our patients and families to choose just the right individual for your personal needs. VNHS staff are carefully screened and bonded and must meet strict requirements in terms of reliability, personal integrity, a caring nature and experience in caring for the elderly. All home health aides are certified by the NJ State Board of Nursing and work under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.
